We saw them for the first time at London Calling Festival and they were stunning.

‘As the band came on stage, the fashion of lead singers Romy Madley Croft and Oliver Sim made us consider getting out the scissors, sporting a crew cut and dressing all in black. We were completely engaged in the scene on stage, their intriguing look and nonchalant gazes added to the complete absorbing aesthetic of the group. ‘Teardrops’ was simply beautiful, Romy’s husky, sultry voice carried the words through a noisy crowd, everyone stood back in awe and knew we were witnessing something special.’
