Math-indie rockers Foals have announced the release date for their eagerly anticipated second album ‘Total Life Forever’. The Oxford boys will be premièring new material in a string of shows across Europe and thankfully they’ll be stopping by at the Paradiso.
If you haven’t heard Foals before then AEG urges you to seek out 2008’s Antidotes which plunges into a soundscape of frantically bulit up layered delayed guitar, angular melodies and disco beats. The ‘difficult ‘ second album has been touted by the band themselves as ‘tropical prog’ and “like the dream of an eagle dying”. Hmm, not sure what the Paradiso’s policy is on live eagle extermination but this show’s a must.

Foals’ Myspace says they’ll be performing the Paradiso on April 14th
