A brilliant night to kick off the new season from electronic local label Basserk. Kiss Off is one of the highlights from the Basserk party crew who organise fresh, new acts to come and play at the OT301 as well as running their own label and DJing… busy lads!

This week bands Shaved Monkeys (BE) and Shock and Awe will take to the stage and as most of the bands or DJs playing at these nights will release their stuff on the Basserk label soon after, their is always hot music to check out and get into.

If you’ve ever attended a Matjedisco party or another one of this label’s nights at the OT301 (wish this venue would open again) then you know where the big beat industrial electronic noise makers in Amsterdam come from – record label Basserk.

Home to our favourites Nobody Beats the Drum, one third of that trio – $Jammie the Money, remix super stars 3-1, indie/electro cross over Capacocha, hyper synth pop from Aux Raus, one lady scream act Elle Bandita, new signing Bronstibock and loads more; this label know the best party throwers this side of the river and prove it time and time again.

About the label from the label – Basserk is a record label based in Amsterdam. We release records in different styles of electronic music (electro, pistolpop, breaks and more) We love music and not just one style, so you might think you do not always like what we release but we might surprise you once in while with something you didn’t knew you liked. One thing is for sure: you wont get bored and neither do we and let’s be honest being bored is worse then being sick.

Kiss Off! – the new stuff from local electro label Basserk
Basserk has recently released the debut albums of Tanzkonsol and Petr Passive and in the second half of 2009 will probably release some tracks by Rawfare and Ricky y Rulo so are hosting a special night to showcase it all!
