About the label from the label – Basserk is a record label based in Amsterdam. We release records in different styles of electronic music (electro, pistolpop, breaks and more) We love music and not just one style, so you might think you do not always like what we release but we might surprise you once in while with something you didn’t knew you liked. One thing is for sure: you wont get bored and neither do we and let’s be honest being bored is worse then being sick.

Right now the Basserk crew are off spinning their thunderous electro-infused sound to sweaty but extremely happy festival audiences all over Europe, catch most of them this weekend at Lowlands, at the up coming Valtifest in September or at the next trash pop party down OT301! VALTIFEST brings together up coming and big name DJs and bands from the Netherland’s and abroad. With an emphasis on street fashion as well as art, this is a multi-cultural mix of genres, styles and music is here for only one so be sure not to miss it.

(Note – The last time we saw ‘ol Erol Alkan, he was playing music with so much bass it blew the power to the whole 6,00 people tent, twice.. now that’s pretty impressive. Boom boom boom)
